I'd like to take a few minutes to introduce to you a very talented new and upcoming painter in glass smith artistry.
Shelly Oxman Victor is originally from Wisconsin and currently lives in Kirkland, Wa. She was first introduced to the art of glass blowing and painting by a friend inviting her to a class. Shelly was immediately hooked and has been using her time to increase her knowledge and skills of the art. It is definately paying off because in just a few short months she is showing great promise and is looking at offering her pieces to stores in the near future.
