I just love spring with all the colorful flowers popping up to say hi. It's such an inspiration to me, here is another piece from My Secret Garden spring line just for you. The Chelsea Bracelet..
I am happy to share with you my new line of jewels for
little girls called 'Love & Lollipops'. Since our little ones skin can be
ever so sensitive, each item will have sterling silver or some other type of
material other than metals. These will be great for flower girls as well as gifts for all the little 'angels' in your life. Keep Mothers' Day in mind also as I will also have some sweet yet simple matching bracelets and necklaces for young moms and their daughters available this spring!
I am SO excited to share my new spring line, 'Secret
Garden' with you! Designs are in progress and supplies for more are on the way.
Be looking for pieces mirroring springs' fresh and colorful palette. Featuring
all shades of Patones' color of the year, emerald. Mother/daughter gifts for the
younger mom, little girl sterling earrings and new bridal pieces.
I'm happy to have you meet a girl whose like family to us. This is Megan, and she is a wonderful addition to our Glitz face. She will be helping me with photographing for my new spring line this April. I'm looking forward to you coming back then to take a look at my new goodies!
I'd like to take a few minutes to introduce to you a very talented new and upcoming painter in glass smith artistry.
Shelly Oxman Victor is originally from Wisconsin and currently lives in Kirkland, Wa. She was first introduced to the art of glass blowing and painting by a friend inviting her to a class. Shelly was immediately hooked and has been using her time to increase her knowledge and skills of the art. It is definately paying off because in just a few short months she is showing great promise and is looking at offering her pieces to stores in the near future.
If you are interested in seeing and finding out more about her pieces or would like to inquire about special ordering you can contact Shelly at email@example.com.
While jewelry is always fun to shop for and wear we also see it as completing our physical appearance. I would like to remind each of us that with the importance of looking good, our jewelry, clothes, makeup and hair can only compliment how well we are on the inside. Even more important is our complete health; mind, body and soul.
Busy schedules, every day pressures of life, hereditary factors, life experiences, excercise, the quality of our sleep and eating choices, the water we drink and the air we breathe; these all have an impact on our overall physical appearance also.
With this new year upon us I know many of us are looking at things in our lives to change or improve on. I challenge each of us to NOT set 'new year' resolutions but rather look at it as incorporating new healthy 'habits' into our daily lives throughout this year. To NOT have our focus on that top ten model figure and Victoria Secret bikini or trying to impress anyone else, even 'Mr. McSteamy' at the office or living just down the hall. Instead focus on your well being, looking at these new 'habits' as a life long change to improve our overall health, quality and longevity of our lives.
To help get us started I would like to give you the names of some people and groups that have greatly helped me and many others I know.

By now I'm sure you all have gotten your trees, put up all your lights and are well on your way with gift shopping and getting ready to do some major cookie baking!
At our house lights and decorations are a pretty big thing, our son has taken over the task of lighting up our entire front yard and house while I turn the inside into a winter wonderland. Other than a few stocking stuffers and baking all that was left this weekend was to get our tree.
It was a bit odd this year, just my husband and I looking for a tree together. We haven't done that since we started having our kids 24 years ago.
By the time we got to the tree farm, coffee in hand, it was pitch black outside! We used his phone as a flashlight ( we later found there's an actual flashlight ap for his phone..who thinks these things up??), whenever we thought we might have found a suitable tree. I gotta say we did pretty good. No one twisted an ankle or got muddy knees from tripping over any tree stumps and we missed the rain! Best of all we had fun and our tree looks pretty awesome, gotta LOVE the smell of fresh pine and we even picked up some fresh mistletoe! :)
